Is it necessary for the recipient to have a active account at MEHRH website to receive the Gift Card?
Not necessarily, as the Gift Card generate a code for each card, and the recipient should use it when registering at MEHRH. However, the recipient cannot use the card balance when purchasing products unless create an account at MEHRH and then uses the code for the card
Where I can see my balance for Gift Card?
You need to login first, then from Home page, My account, select gift cart, then you can see the balance from Gift Card. MEHRH consider the Gift Card one of payment method option when balance is available
How I can redeem my balance from Gift Card?
Home page, My account, select gift cart, then select redeem, and record the Gift Card Code and add it while proceed for payment when checkout
How do I use Gift Card credit to buy items on Hayatmart app / website?
You should find the balance as one of payment option available when you click on checkout from your Cart, then you should enter the code for gift card to get the balance in the payment method.
Can I redeem Gift Card balance to cash?
The Gift Card credit Can not redeem to cash
Is it possible to use partial balance from Gift Card in multiple time?
Yes you can, the Gift Card can be used multiple times. and partial usage is available.
If I pay my order from my Gift Card and I request for return, will I receive the refund? And how?
In the case of return product, the amount paid by Gift Card will refund in your Wallet within 24 hours from the return products confirmed as received in our warehouse within same condition and not damage or some parts missed (Please note that return policy apply on the products bought by Goft card balance)
Do I need to have an account on MEHRH app / website to use Gift Card balance?
Yes you need to register and provide your email address to complete buying process and benefit from the Gift Card balance.
Can I transfer my Gift Card balance in my Gift cart balance to another MEHRH Account?
No, the Gift Card balance cannot transfer. It will be used by the only person who received the Gift Card.
What happens to my Gift Card balance if I Uninstall the MEHRH app?
The Gift Card is linked with the account. So even if you stop using the Hayatmart app or remove the app, the balance will always stay in your account until the expiry date, The same balance is accessible from the website, or when you reinstall you App. Again.
What happens to the Gift Card balance if I don’t use it for over 1 year?
The validity for the card is for one year, and after that amount will be loss.
